  The hotel itself is huge! You could go there and never leave for your entire stay. The room was comfortable, the bed included. The location was great - right near the bellagio and right in the centre of the strip.

  Nothing was free here. Every service had an added cost. The wifi is charged per device per room rather than just per room, we found it more expensive than usual because of this. There wasn't one atm in the building that charged less than $5 - although that's Vegas for you. The room, although nice, seemed a little shabby. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view, only that the blind was broken and therefore permanently down and we couldn't see out the window anyway. The large lamp in the room was broken. The room did not seem particularly clean either.

  I did not get breakfast in the buffet they gave me instead 18$ par day in "star bucks". they did not clean my room none of the 3 nights. they only change my towels and shampoo.

  Comfortable beds, lovely bath tub, relatively friendly staff. Shorter cab line than many hotels. Good central location.

  I paid for a room upgrade, and was put in a room with no view next to the elevator that kept me up all night. I downgraded the next night. If that room was an upgrade I shudder to know what the original room would have been like. The woman at the bell hop desk was very rude and talked down to me every time I called or went to the desk.

  Location. Near the middle of the Strip and close to most of the action. Good sized bathroom

  Hotel staff did not make up our room on the first night. The lady that came after we called the front desk showed us poor attitude. The windows were quite small and gave us quite a limited view of the Strip, which was unfortunate.

  The view from our room overlooking the Bellagio fountains was fabulous. I liked the large soaking tub in our resort room as well as the big flatscreen tv. The Miracle Mile shops connected to the casino were great for shopping, and we found plenty of great places to eat in and around the casino.

  The furniture and decor was very worn and a bit ratty - stained and spotted lamp shades, tables were scratched like crazy, the armchair was very saggy and material was rubbing off of the arm rests - For what we paid for the room I definitely expected better. Our room was located next to the elevators so we constantly heard them going up and down. Also, the ice machine nearest our room was broken the entire 8 day stay.

  I can say only the location was good.

  The terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Besides being in a non-smoking floor, people were allowed to smoke in the corridor and the smoke entered in our room. Also, the room was really dirty, terrible for our allergy.

  Our room was amazing, and we had great service the entire time that we were there. We take the elevator right into the casino, which lead into the Miracle Mile mall. We had tons of shops and food places to choose from, so we didn't have to go far to eat.

  The only downside is that the parking garage is located under the mall instead of under the casino. Even at that though, it wasn't far to walk to our room with our luggage. You can always use the valet service so that you don't have to walk through the mall.

  The bathroom (though huge) looked a bit tired. There was no fridge or free wifi, but that seems to be the case in all Las Vegas hotels. The same goes for the pricey food. There were not enough beds at the pool.

  Planet Hollywood is situated in the centre of the Las Vegas strip and is an ideal location. The hotel itself is beautiful and rooms are clean. The casino has a nicer feel than some other hotel casinos and the Miracle Mile shops are, in my opinion, the better shops to visit.

  Having also stayed at mgm Grand, we felt that Planet Hollywood was slightly less "grand". The hotel is beautiful but we felt that the corridors leading to rooms smelt a little smoky. However, smoking is permitted in all hotels therefore there is not a lot you can do to avoid it.

  Planet Hollywood was very modern and chic. I really liked how there were special artifacts from movies in my room. Also, my room had a great view of the strip, especially facing the Bellagio fountain. Absolutely beautiful.

  For some odd reason, it took a really long time to get hot water when taking a shower. I would have to run the water for at least 15 minutes or more to get warm water. Also, my room was next to the elevator. I just kept on hearing the cables go up and down. Very loud and noisy.
